My Family
On November 17, 2002, I was blessed to find the most wonderful family in the world to love and
share my life with. My loving Fiance', Stepson, Mother and Father- in-law and the rest of their wonderful family. You have
all touched a special place in my heart and soul that my own blood could never reach. Michael and Marjorie I want you to know
that I not only consider you my in-laws, but my Mama and Pop Pop. My Mother Darlene, you are my best friend and I love you
dearly for always being there when I have needed you. I know I can always depend on you and beleive me that goes both ways.
I will cherish our relationship forever! Love, Your Babygirl. Dad, I love you too and I thank you for everything you have
done for me. You have taught me many things growing up and always took care of us. Thank you.
I am grateful to have all of you in my life and wouldn't change my new found family for another in
the world. You have been so supportive of me and even given me the tough love you and I both knew I have needed yet never
had before. Thank you.
To my loving Fiance' my love I will never forget everything you have done for me and please know
that I love you with every beat of my heart. We found each other when we were both lost and together our future looks so wonderful.
I promise you that I will always be here for you as you have been for me and respect and cherish you for the rest of our lives.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful son with me. I am looking forward to walking down the aisle and saying "I Do" to my beloved
King, and of course loving "Lil Man" forever. I am honored to have him as my Stepson. I am so anxious for us to
have all we have dreamed of and my darling we are one step closer to heaven everyday. I promise
to never betray you by lying or deceiving you with my ED (eating disorder)again.

My Doctors and Staff
I would like to thank Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania for all their support and
wonderful medical care. To all my Doctors, Nurses and Counselors thank you for helping me heal. I have a long way to go, but
day by day I know that I will achieve my goal. Recovery. God Bless all of you for everything you have done for me.
My Guardian Angels
I would like to especially thank my guardian angels who have led me in the right direction to
be where I am now and with whom I am with. I know that you all have helped with God's plan to give me the good fortune I have
found. My beloved Great-Aunt Punkie, my dear sweet Viola, who will always be my best friend, her and my Aunt Punkie can continue
their friendship for eternity and watch over me and her family,Grandmother Eva, Aunt Donna and Uncle Jim (who I have always
thought of as my second parents),my Aunt Glenda, and finally my Aunt Shirley. I miss you all terribly but I know you
are all watching over me and one day we will be together again. You will always be in my heart as the ones who have loved
me most. It was an honor to have you in my life for the short period of time I did. May you all rest in peace knowing I love
you and I am okay for the first time in my life. I can and will survive. Thank you God for blessing me and guiding me the
right direction in life to heal and recover. I promise you that I will do my best to make you all proud and help others to
recover and heal as well. It is my mission in life.

My Friends
I have only a limited number of friends right now who have always been there for me and for you
I am grateful. Leonard and Sabrina. I thank you for the gifts of love and support you have given to me, you are
amazing friends and I love you both dearly. I would like to take this moment to also thank the friends I made in the Intensive
Outpatient Program at Hershey Medical Center also. Getting to know you has also made this site possible. I found a way of
helping myself through helping others being there for the short period of time I was. Please stay strong and heal yourselves.
I am not completely there yet but I am doing well and I refuse to give up. Know that I love you all and feel free to contact
me at anytime. I will be here for you, I promise. To all of the people coming to this site for the first time, I also consider
you friends as I know we will be able to help each other heal and become stronger day by day. God Bless you all and thank
you for your support.
